Slow Cooked Beef Ragu (VIDEO)

Ingredients:

Beef Ragu

– 1kg Rump Strips
– 3 diced carrots
– 2 sliced celery
– 1 sliced onion
– 700g passata
– 2 tbs EV oil
– 1 tbs oregano
– 1 tbs parsley
– 3 bay leaves
– 1/2 tsp himalayan rock salt

Courgette Spaghetti

– 2 courgettes spiralized
– 1/2 tsp himalayan rock salt
– 1/2 cup of water
