Ground Beef Bolognese Sauce with Rice | How to Make Ragu Meat Sauce

INGREDIENTS (4 servings):
• 500g grounded beef
• 1 red onion
• 2 carrots
• 1 red pepper
• 1 tomato
• 400ml tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 400g basmati white rice or choose pasta or mashed potato instead


HOW TO MAKE:
1. Heat the oil in the skillet pan, and cook and stir chopped red onion on medium-high heat until pale and soft.
2. Add grounded beef meat, brake it to smaller pieces and season it with some salt, black pepper, cayene pepper and oregano. Cook and stir until the beef is crumly and browned.
3. Mix the meat with some veggies! Add carrots, red pepper and tomato. Pour the tomato sauce over it, mix it evenly and cook it until the sauce thickens.
4. Serve the ragu meat sauce with healthy basmati white rice on a side, and you have a delicious family lunch or dinner table ready! Yum!
