Gnocchi ingredients
500g Maris Piper or Kind Edward Potatoes
1 medium egg wolk
3 x Boursin Garlic & herbs Portions
175g plain flour
2g salt
10g freshly grated parmesan
10g butter

Ratatouille ingredients
2 medium tomatoes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 oinion, finely diced
1 clove or garlic, finely chopped
1/4 courgette
1/4 aubergine
1/4 green pepper
1/4 red pepper
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
