Simple Italian Garlic Tomato Chicken Recipe (VIDEO)

Really simple recipe, we have used chicken legs ( skin on and bone in ) but you could use any parts you like. Onions, garlic, basil, oregano, marjoram, tomatoes, pasta, olives and salt n pepper. You could if you liked add eggplant, courgette, mushrooms, bell peppers, pesto, carrots, potatoes in fact pretty much any vegetables you liked. Slow cooked, the longer you cook this the better. Wonderful with any type of pasta, penne, spaghetti, rigatoni or with rice, bread or on its own. A great way to cook, so easy and good for a whole family. A splash of red wine or white wine can also be added. Fresh parsley or basil or even some parmesan cheese can work wonders. Enjoy.
