How to make a Creamy Polenta (VIDEO)

Place 500 ml water and 500 ml milk in a saucepan. Season with a bay leaf, some grated nutmeg, a pinch of salt and pepper. For even more flavour: crush a peeled garlic clove with the flat side of a knife and add it. Gradually add 150 g polenta while stirring and bring to the boil. Leave to simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
