How to make Lasagna Rolls (Chicken and Broccoli recipe) Quick And Easy (VIDEO)

1 Box Lasagna Noodles (recipe calls for 6 lasagna rolls)
2 Cups Tomato Sauce
About 1 1/2 Cups Broccoli Cooked And Chopped
1 Deboned Chicken Breast, 2 If Small
About 2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
About 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (use for top of rolls)

FOR CHEESE CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI MIXTURE
1/2 TBS Onion Powder
1/2 TBS Garlic Powder
1/2 TBS Italian
1/2 TBS Oregano
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

FOR SAUCE
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Italian
1 TSP Oregano
1 TBS Sugar
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Boil your lasagna noodles until just before aldente.
Slice chicken into thin strips, pan fry for about 1 Minute on each side. Use 2 forks or
hands to shred chicken. Let cool

In a large bowl, mix together ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, chicken, broccoli and spices.
Lay Lasagna noodle on a flat surface (table, cutting board etc) Spoon on 3 good size amounts
of the cheese chicken and broccoli mixture. Spread with a spoon. Slowly roll lasagna noodle
and place in pan. (Repeat)

In a separate bowl mix tomato sauce and spices. Pour mixture over lasagna rolls. Add mozzarella
and cheddar cheese on top. bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
