How to make Lasagna in ESPANOL and ENGLISH

DO NOT use skim Ricotta cheese or skim Mozzarella cheese in this recipe. If you do it will turn out chewy and dry. I know. I have tried it both ways… using skim and making it using regular not skim. It turns out great and tastes amazing as long as you don’t use skim!
