Pumpkin gnocchi recipe (Halloween Recipe)

3rd video in the Pasta Week! We will make a chewy pumpkin gnocchi that’s perfect for Halloween!
Try it with the sagy cream sauce 🙂

[Ingredients (serves 2)]
☆Gnocchi☆
1/4 pumpkin
1 egg
70g flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon salt for boiling
olive oil
pepper
your favorite herbs

☆Sauce☆
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 ladleful milk
1 ladleful fresh cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon bouillon
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 pinch dried sage


[Recipe]
①Take out the seeds from the 1/4 pumpkin, place a food wrap over it, and make it soft by using a microwave. Move it to a bowl, add 1 egg, 70g of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of honey, and mix until moistened.
②Apply some flour onto the board and knead ① until it’s not sticky. Be sure to add extra flour.
③Stretch it to a stick form, cut into 1.5cm size, roll them with hands, and flatten them with fingers.
④Heat the frying pan in low heat and put in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and all the ingredients for the sauce. Simmer it a bit and the sauce is ready.
⑤Get boiling water ready, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and boil the gnocchi made in ③. If they start to float, they’re done.
⑥Add ⑤ to ④, and let the taste of the sauce soak into the gnocchi.
⑦Serve it on a plate, put on olive oil, pepper, and your favorite herbs, and it’s done!
