Today on Cook with April I’m sharing a Quick & Easy Prosciutto Mozzarella Salad that Justin had when we visited Paris! The restaurant called this an Italian Salad that had prosciutto, mozzarella, soft boiled eggs, and vinaigrette dressing. Enjoy 😀

Ingredients:
Any salad mix
2-4 eggs
Balsamic vinaigrette dressing (or choose your favorite dressing)
Minced garlic
Fresh mozzarella
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Prosciutto
