Stuffed Meatloaf Recipe – Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf (VIDEO)

My Meatloaf Recipes are always different. For my Meatloaf I always use ingredients that I have on hand. For this Stuffed Meatloaf recipe I used some jalapeno stuffed olives that needed to be used, some caramelized onions from another recipe and some gouda cheese that I had hanging around. As far as the Meatloaf itself, I didn’t add any vegetables to the meat which I typically do since there was plenty of ingredients in the stuffing. Typically I don’t pack my Meatloaf like I did in this recipe, but with the stuffing I think it was the best option. Packing it down will keep the Meatloaf from falling apart when you cut it
