Summer Tasty Vegan Pizza Recipe (vegan wine pairing) (VIDEO)

Learn from Daniele, the Italian chef, how to create the perfect summer vegan pizza and discover why it pairs perfectly with Organic Vegan Prosecco!

INGREDIENTS

Vegan Pizza dough

– 5 cups Flour
– 2 cups Wholewheat flour
– 20 oz Water (68°F/20°C)
– 1/4 teaspoon Salt
– 1/2 cup Sourdough
– 1½ teaspoon Olive oil

Vegan Pizza topping

-1 Vegan mozzarella
-1/2 Green apple
-1 Sweet potatoe
-Mixed greens
-Seed mix


DOUGH PREPARATION

1. Put all the flour in the mixing bowl
2. Add water and mix
3. Wait 45 minutes
4. Kneads the dough and add sourdough, salt and oil.
5. Cover with cling film and wait 15 mins
6. Separate the dough into half-pound balls
7. Rising time: 8 hours (68°F/20°C)

PIZZA PREPARATION

-Roll & shape Pizza balls
-Put the vegan mozzarella slices over the pizza dough
-Bake it! (518°F/270°C – 4-6 min)
-Topping your vegan Pizza with green apple and sweet potatoe slices, mixed greens and seed mix.
