Nick Anderer is the executive chef of Maialino, which he opened in 2009, a neighborhood trattoria located in the Gramercy Park Hotel. A native New Yorker, has worked under Larry Forgione, Mario Batali, Gina De Palma, Tom Colicchio and Mike Anthony. He was nominated by Food and Wine Magazine as Chef of Year in 2013.
