Penne with Sausage and Peppers – Gluten Free Recipe (VIDEO)

Ingredients list:

8 oz gluten free penne pasta
1 lb of Italian sausage
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
15 oz can of crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp of Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
¼ cup red wine
¼ cup cream, optional
1 tsp thyme or Italian seasoning
Salt, Pepper and Crushed red pepper to your own tastes
