For the dough:

. 250 ml warm water
1 package dry yeast or 40g fresh yeast

For the filling:

. 1 or 2 zucchini
. 1 eggplant
. 1 tbsp chopped herbs provence
. 5 tbsp olive oil
. Salt and pepper
. 1 large onion, chopped
. some black olives
. grated cheese
