Ingredients
1 jar mushroom flavored pasta sauce
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt for the ground beef
1/4 salt for tomato sauce (add more to taste)
A few leaves of cilantro
1 cup ground beef
1/2 cup bell peppers
1/4 cup onions
