Chef Luke Holder, Cooks three Italian influenced recipes (VIDEO)

Luke Holder is the head chef at Lime Wood Hotel in the New Forest in Hampshire where he jointly heads up the restaurant, Hartnett Holder & Co, alongside Michelin-starred Angela Hartnett. Here Luke cooks three stunning dishes from the restaurant.

First up he prepares a light pasta dish of agnalotti, pappa al pomodoro, basil. This is followed by a dish of smoked cod’s roe: “coda uova affumicato”, radish, crackling, rye. Finally he creates a lovely summery desert: buttermilk pannacotta, gooseberry.
