Chickpea Italian Flatbread Keto Vegan (VIDEO)

This is my take on a Italian Flatbread. I could see this going really well as an appetizer with some EVOO and seasoning or with an Eggplant Parm dish. The texture and taste is wonderful and I think it would be great with nutritional yeast sprinkled on top before going in the over. Mmmm
