Cooking creamy garlic mushrooms nice and easy recipe , quick and simple , original Italian recipe. Once made this can be served alone, enjoyed with some lovely bread or added to cooked pasta or mix in some spaghetti to make garlic mushroom pasta / spaghetti.

you will need approx: 100g or more your favorite Mushrooms, 1 x lemon, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 x clove of garlic, 150ml vegetable stock, 1 x tablespoon plain flour, 150ml double cream, 2 egg yolks, salt & pepper.
