Chicken have lots of proteins in its, so to avail all nutrients just add more Healthy ingredients like OATS….which is full of fiber .
Tips:
U can have chicken or fish always as ur last meal…like for dinner till 8 to 9pm maximum,,and post exercise meal Aswel.
Always eat for every 2hrs.
Drink lots of water @ day time….less @ night.
