Ingredients for 1 person:
500 ml of warm water
925 g of soft flour
40 g of yeast
20 g of salt
25 ml of olive oil
1 pinch of sugar

Dissolve yeast and olive oil in warm water with salt and sugar. Then add flour and knead until smooth. Leave to stand for half an hour in a warm place; then knead, cover and stow in the refrigerator for 2 days.

Now, you are all set to produce a fabulous pizza with the fresh dough.

Although you can choose whichever toppings you like, I always recommend including tomato sauce and cheese.

I’ve already tried to cook the pizza on a baking tray and on different round pizza moulds. The outcome is always great, and the pizza tastes just like the one they make in my favourite Italian restaurant.

You can also reduce quantities if done consistently. In any case, I always add 40g yeast.

The secret to making the best pizza is pre-heating the oven to the highest possible temperature.
