Mussels In a Red Wine Sauce- Easy delicious recipe (VIDEO)

Full Recipe:

1 bag of Angel hair pasta
1.5 pounds of Mussels

For Sauce:
2 tablespoons of avocado oil (or your fav)
1 diced tomato
1/2 an onion
4 med garlic cloves
3/4 cp red wine (any brand works)
1 can of Garlic n Herb pasta sauce

Seasonings:

Chicken boullion
Accent
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Thyme
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder

Parsley for top of dish

***I sprinkled an even layer over the veggies of all seasonings… so not too much. Taste it and adjust w whatever seasonings you feel it needs more of. Id say start w 1/4 tsp of each and then added a lil more to my liking.
