DIRECTIONS FOR THE NEAPOLITAN TOMATO SAUCE
Pour olive oil into a pot Add the grated onion and fry for a few minutes Add the garlic and the grated tomatoes add the tomato paste And two tbs. Of water Finally add salt and dry basil (if you wish to use fresh basil, add it on the last minute)
