Scaloppini Al Limone Easy Video Recipe cheekyricho (VIDEO)

Easy Video Cooking Demonstration and Recipe for Italian Classic Dish Scaloppini Al Limone. This is quick, light, economical and very tasty. Do give it a try.
INGREDIENTS:
250 grams of veal schnitzels that have been lightly pounded.
25 grams butter
15 grams olive oil
chopped italian parsley
the fine grated lemon rind and juice from one lemon
30 grams flour
salt and cracked pepper
about 100 grams of water, or enough to make a creamy sauce.
METHOD:
Dredge the veal in flour in a bag with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Fry over a medium heat in a pan with the oil and butter until lightly browned on both sides. A couple of minutes should it. Don’t over cook. Remove from pan to rest. To the pan add pepper, salt, lemon rind and lemon juice in and scrape to deglaze, add enough water to make a light creamy sauce. Return meat to pan and turn over to coat in sauce, serve with salad, Add Parsley and more water if required to the pan to thin the sauce and Spoon remaining sauce over meat. Serve immediately.
