Vegan Minestrone Soup (VIDEO)

Notes: I used half of a 32 oz jar of Rao’s Marinara
The can of diced tomatoes I used was 14 oz, but a can larger than that will definitely work too.
The ingredients you want to use in the soup are up to you, so put in all of your favorites!
