How to cook Risotto alla Milanese: Italian Locally Inspired Saffron Risotto (VIDEO)

During my time in Milan there was this risotto that I was thinking about before, during and definitely after. Risotto alla Milanese basically a saffron risotto is a delicious specialty of Milan.
