Italian Inspired Sausage & Peppers – Better BBQ Recipes (VIDEO)

Ingredients
• 2 12 oz. bottles/cans of your favorite beer
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced


Directions
• Preheat your Saber® grill to medium
• Pour beer into saucepan and utilized the Saber® side burner
• Bring beer to a boil and place sausages in the beer
• Boil for 10-12 minutes
• Place sliced vegetables on the Saber® grill
• Place sausages on the Saber® grill
• Grill for 6-8 minutes, flipping once
• Serve with or without a roll
