Rabbit with White Wine & Italian Rice (VIDEO)

I prepare rabbit with onions, garlic, basil, parsley and white wine served with Italian rice. Rabbit is cut into pieces and brown in olive oil. Then sauté chopped inions, garlic, basil, parsley adding pepper and salt to taste. Once fully sautéed I add the rabbit and add one cup of water. I cook in this mixture for about one hour then I remove the rabbit add 1/2 to 1 cup of white wine bring to a slow simmer, take off stove and pour over rice and meat. Voila!!
