Healthy Vegetable Pasta!! Healthy fat loss recipe!! (VIDEO)

Hello everybody,

I am excited to start this new playlist on my channel which will focus on nothing but cooking!! I am nothing close to a chef, but I try to make simple, healthy, and tasty meals on a student budget to keep my fitness progress going!! This recipe serves 2-3 people. I added a little bit of parmesan cheese and ketchup on the finished product instead of a tomato sauce. Hope you guys enjoyed this tasty, healthy, and easy pasta recipe which can be used in fat loss, maintaining weight, or while bulking! I used regular pasta because I run out of the whole wheat pasta I usually buy.

Ingredients:

I used one whole tomato, medium sized cucumber, 14 oz. of baby carrots, 200g of broccoli, 1.5 tbsp of olive oil, Italian seasoning, and some soy sauce for the extra flavor.

Step 1: Bring water to boil.
Step 2: Wash and cut fresh vegetables and prepare your protein (beef, tofu, tuna, chicken, etc.).
Step3: Put pasta into the boiling water, add a little bit of salt, cook for 6-9 minutes.
Step4: Remove pasta from the heat, mix it with desired vegetables and seasonings in a saucepan, cook for several minutes together.
Step 5: Bon Appetite!!
