Janie’s Italian Meatballs Recipe (VIDEO)

This recipe for Italian Meatballs is very versatile; you just can’t get it wrong. Toss and bake! I put these in meatball soup (make them small), spaghetti (make them golfball sized), and sandwiches (make them large). I make bbq meatballs and so so much more with this basic recipe. Add 1 egg if desired! but these hold up just fine. You can add milk and egg to make this a great moist meatloaf as well. Add parsley too! Add what you like. Flash freeze raw and store in freezer container for up to 5 months, or freeze in meals fully cooked. Enjoy! Janie
